This animal is guaranteed to be free from all hereditary defects affecting its suitability for breeding, and is guaranteed to be free of disqualifying and serious faults of a structural or temperamental nature. Health is guaranteed for 48 hours and it is recommended that the buyer have the animal examined by a reputable veterinarian during that time.
A replacement or credit for the amount of purchase will be given for any animal sold for ? $? or more if the dog matures at less than the represented quality at 18 months of age, unless it is mutally agreed to determine this at another date.
All genetic testing of parentage has been complete and satisfactory.
All dogs sold to �show/Breeding� homes by Islewind are expected to complete their Canadian/American Champions and any other titles in the Dog Fancy that the new owner is willing to provide. Islewind will enforce the all aspects in this contract regarding the dogs being shown to their championship (Canadian or American) and will enforce all genetic testing is done on their show dogs. Islewind will not accept any puppies back in their contracts without these conditions. Islewind will enforce receiving $1,000 back from owning kennels if these conditions are not met for puppy back and will enforce $2,000 back for any dog not finished its championship.
No dog sold by Islewind is to be sold or used by a Puppy Mill. Owners will be subjected to legal proceedings in the event this happens. A Puppy Mill is a kennel that raises and breeds dogs without doing genetic testing, selling without non-breeding contracts and/or does not show dogs to their championships. They also will ask for litters of pups back from non-show quality animals
